in the greatest twist of all the dramas in my life, i twisted my knee and tore a knee ligament. subsequently i headed down to the A&E for chest pains which were diagnosed as costochondritis, where is basically an inflammation of some parts of the chest area which causes a sharp pain. 

well, almost a week and a half worth of mcs is good for the tired soul. =) 

but it is definitely not helping me in my migration patterns.
